Leading this community is a management team with broad backgrounds in the Internet, technology, business, finance and service sectors.

Steve Armstrong
President and CEO


Steve Armstrong joined AdOn Network in 2003 as the VP of Finance and Operations. In April of 2007, Mr. Armstrong was promoted to President and CEO of AdOn Network. Mr. Armstrong is a veteran of the hi-tech industry with over 13 years of senior management experience including his term as one of the original management team at PayPal. His ongoing responsibilities include the definition of the company's business strategy, cultivating business development opportunities, and the establishment of strategic industry partnerships.

Prior to AdOn Network, Mr. Armstrong was the Corporate Controller for Panasas, a leading California-based company in the network attached storage space and backed by Mohr Davidow Ventures, The Carlyle Group, and other prominent venture groups. Before Panasas, Mr. Armstrong was the Corporate Controller at PayPal, a pioneer in the field of online payments and transactions. PayPal was formed by the merger of Confinity with X.com, an online bank, where Mr. Armstrong was the Corporate Controller before, during and after the merger. Prior to that, Mr. Armstrong had been the Corporate Controller at Eos, a leading manufacturer for advanced power supplies for the laptop computer market whose clientele included recognized industry leaders such as Dell, Sony, IBM, NEC, Texas Instruments, DEC, Solectron and Acer.

Mr. Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Accounting from the University of California, Riverside. Mr. Armstrong is a member of the Executive Forum, the Financial Executive Institute and also has a Degree in Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Culinary Institute.

Bhaskar Ballapragada
General Manager


Mr. Ballapragada is responsible for AdOn Network's overall software and hardware needs, including programming design, research and development. His engineering and management background spans over 15 years across diverse and cutting-edge industries.

Prior to AdOn Network, Mr. Ballapragada held senior engineering positions at Damon S. Williams Associates, a prominent environmental engineering firm, where he focused on process engineering design and software modeling. Prior to that, Mr. Ballapragada held senior engineering and management positions at Environmental Technology International, Ltd., a global leader in the environmental engineering arena.

Mr. Ballapragada has a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University, a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Ballapragada is a Member of the Arizona Technology Council and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Environmental Protection Research Foundation, an organization recognized by the United Nations Development Program. Mr. Ballapragada has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals related to process engineering and is a speaker at international conferences.

Cleve Kennelly
Vice President of Advertiser Sales & Business Development


Cleve Kennelly joined AdOn Network in 2005. Mr. Kennelly successfully built the advertising sales team and is responsible for managing both the advertising sales and business development teams.

Prior to AdOn Network, Mr. Kennelly spent 25 years progressing within sales management at DialAmerica Marketing, a leading inbound and outbound telemarketing service bureau. As Vice President of Sales, at DialAmerica, Mr. Kennelly and his team were responsible for generating over $500 million in gross revenue. At DialAmerica, Mr. Kennelly managed three sales managers, 15 branch managers, and 1750 part time sales executives.

Mr. Kennelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising & Marketing from Arizona State University.

Robert McDaniel
Vice President of Product Strategy


Robert McDaniel joined AdOn Network in 2004. As Vice President of Product Strategy, Mr. McDaniel focuses on identifying, defining, and setting the strategic direction for all new and existing product offerings. Mr. McDaniel has over 15 years experience in software development, operations, strategy, and product management. Prior to AdOn Network, Mr. McDaniel has held management positions at Time Warner and Disney, as well as several small and early stage companies focusing on Internet and Mobile technologies.

Mr. McDaniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Mr. McDaniel has published several technical books and articles on such topics as CGI programming, Java, Browser Scripting, and Bluetooth.

Geoff Gieron
Vice President of Operations - Advertiser Services


Geoff Gieron joined AdOn Network in 2003. As Vice President of Operations - Advertiser Services, Mr. Gieron is responsible for overseeing the account management and service needs for all AdOn Network advertisers. In addition, Mr. Gieron develops strategies in growth, maintenance and retention, while focusing on increasing the level of service and communication to each advertiser.

Mr. Gieron has over 10 years of experience in ad sales, operations and customer service with internet/technology based, high-growth companies. Prior to joining AdOn Network, Mr. Gieron held Director level positions in both sales and operations for Homestore.com (now Move.com) Apartments & Rentals Division. While there, Mr. Gieron developed strengths in high level sales, implementation of new programs and procedures to improve internal processes surrounding client acquisition and account services. Mr. Gieron also played an integral role in the transfer of existing accounts from acquired companies into the Homestore.com data management system.

Mr. Gieron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University's prestigious Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. Mr. Gieron has also obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Rachel Greenberg
Vice President of Operations - Traffic Services


Rachel Greenberg joined AdOn Network in 2006. As Vice President of Operations - Traffic Services, Mrs. Greenberg manages a team that oversees AdOn Network's traffic clients, which include direct publishers, search aggregators, desktop partners and other ad networks. Past responsibilities have also included product management for AdOn Network's ad management platform.

Mrs. Greenberg has eight years of experience working in the interactive marketing and online advertising industry. Prior to AdOn Network, Rachel was the Vice President of Strategic Development at Direct Revenue where she implemented a keyword auction system for advertisers. Mrs. Greenberg also served as Vice President of Client Services and Operations where she built and managed a client services team and helped implement Direct Revenue's ad server platform.

Prior to Direct Revenue, Mrs. Greenberg was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Dash.com, where she implemented and launched private label toolbar solutions for clients that included TD Waterhouse, United Airlines and Ask.com.

Mrs. Greenberg began her career in the financial services industry where she spent eight years in credit card marketing at MBNA America Bank. Mrs. Greenberg served as an Executive for MBNA and started up the MBNA New York Sales and Client Services office. After MBNA, Mrs. Greenberg went to Compaq Financial Services where she created their consumer financing product.

Mrs. Greenberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Delaware.

Mike Ainsa
Vice President of Engineering / Lead Architect


Mike Ainsa joined AdOn Network in 2003. As Vice President of Engineering Mr. Ainsa is responsible for the design, development and management of the AdOn Network advertising delivery and advertising management platform. Mr. Ainsa also manages the development of AdOn Network's loosely coupled, redundant and highly scalable software architecture.

Prior to joining AdOn Network, Mr. Ainsa held engineering and design positions at IBM and Equine.com. Mr. Ainsa co-founded and later sold DesignerLogic.com, a company specializing in health and medical data processing, and hold patents from work done at both IBM and AdOn Network.

Mr. Ainsa graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Mathematics. Mr. Ainsa is also a Sun Certified Java Architect, among a number of additional software certifications he holds.

Kory Kredit
Vice President of Marketing


Kory Kredit joined AdOn Network in 2005. In 2008, Mr. Kredit assumed the role of Vice President of Marketing for PV Media Group, AdOn Network's parent company. Mr. Kredit oversees marketing for PV Media Group and all of its companies including AdOn Network, Prime Visibility, Premium Access Media and BreakingNews.com.

Mr. Kredit's responsibilities include marketing communications, branding, public relations, copy writing, trade show management and creative direction

Prior to coming to work for AdOn Network, Mr. Kredit worked as an Account Executive for I-ology, an Internet strategy firm. Mr. Kredit managed I-ology's client base providing Internet strategy consulting services. Prior to I-ology, Mr. Kredit was the e-Commerce manager for Action Performance/goRacing.com, a motor sports memorabilia company. Mr. Kredit was responsible for managing Action Performance's online commerce and content partnerships with ESPN.com NASCAR, Texaco, Hasbro and others.

Mr. Kredit began his Internet career at Sandbox.com in 1994 beginning as a Web designer and finally serving as the Sports Producer for 3 years. While at Sandbox, he managed all of the sports fantasy games for clients including CNN/Sports Illustrated, Fox Sports and Yahoo!

Mr. Kredit graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Mr. Kredit also attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids Michigan. He is a member of the American Marketing Association.
